MiniBBS v2.12b
==============
This is a modified version of HOST.SLC and HCONFIG.SLC written by the auther
of Telix. The program was modified by Jonathan Rapoport. It is a great
program to use when your BBS is down, or you want to communicate with someone
easily.
Jonathan Rapoport, Colin Sampaleanu, & EXIS INC. assume no responsibility for
the use of this program, and issue no warrenty. And are not liable for any
dammages, as a result of the use of this program.
This program requires that you use TELIX v3.00, and greater, and you create a
directory called \MINIBBS\MISC.
To load this program and run it. First load Telix, then press ALT-G and type
in MINIBBS then press ENTER, or type in from DOS TELIX SMINIBBS, then press
ENTER. n.b. Make sure that there is an s before MINIBBS.
To configure Mini BBS, you can use the same method as above, but instead of
typing MINIBBS, type MCONFIG. This should be done first, as the program will
not work properly if the directories doesn't exist.
n.b. Jmodem will not work with Telix v3.11, or lower. This is because it is
not installed internally, and external protocalls don't work with
MiniBBS. Sorry for any enconvience.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MAKE SURE that you have a directory called \MINIBBS\MISC, and have your text,
and batch files in that directory, otherwise they will not be displayed.
n.b. Make sure you run MCONFIG, when you upgrade to this version, as there is
a different setup than the last version.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here are all the files that you can create to make your BBS look nicer, but
they are not nessary.

command : .
The above files MUST be \MINIBBS\MISC, otherwise they will not be displayed.
Most come in the MiniBBS archive.
The change message option, Online program option, and DOS function option have
been changed so that they can be only seen on local mode, and a password is no

A remindor, Jonathan Rapoport, Colin Sampaleanu, and EXIS inc. assume
no responsibility towards this program.
This reminder is put here because it was recomended to me by the auther
of Telix.
MiniBBS is very safe to use, but comes with no waranty whatsoever.
There are no added commands that only I know. So you don't need to worry,
I'm an honest person.
